The Seller establishes with these General Terms the relationships between Website Visitors, Customers, and the Seller, concerning the terms and conditions for ordering products, product pricing, payment, delivery, product quality, complaints, returns, data protection, and other issues related to the use of the website www.nolanea.eu and online purchases.
The Seller makes these General Terms available to Users and advises them to carefully read them before using the website www.nolanea.eu to purchase advertised products or obtain information about a specific product. Accessing product purchases through online shopping or visiting this website for information on specific products implies that Users are aware of and agree to these Terms. If Users do not agree with these Purchase Terms, the Seller advises them not to use the website www.nolanea.eu for purchasing products or obtaining information.

Users – Customers and Website Visitors collectively;

Retail Price – the price displayed next to each product, expressed in euros, including VAT;
Accepted Offer – an offer for which payment has been made;

Documents, data, and information published on the website may not be reproduced, distributed, or used in any way for commercial purposes without the explicit consent of the website owner Nolanea d.o.o., nor in any way that could cause damage to the Seller or the website owner Nolanea d.o.o.
The owner of the website, Nolanea d.o.o., explicitly retains and does not transfer any other rights regarding the website content to the user, prohibiting the use of website content, except as specified in these General Terms or permitted in instructions on the website itself.
Product images displayed on www.nolanea.eu are for illustrative purposes only and may not always match the actual appearance and content of the products in every detail. Due to individual monitor settings, differences in color perception, and other variables, the Seller does not guarantee the complete color accuracy of the delivered products compared to how Customers see them on their screens.
Service – the e-commerce service available exclusively on publicly accessible sections of the Site, providing Users with the ability to contract products and/or services using only electronic means, including other remote communication methods;

Transaction – a payment or refund of the payment amount after the Seller has sold a product/service to the User, using payment intermediary services accepted by the Seller, bank transfer, or any other method permitted by the Seller regardless of the delivery method.

The meaning of terms in these General Terms (words in singular include plural and vice versa, unless the context indicates otherwise).
By accessing the website via appropriate technical means and using it, each User agrees to comply with these General Terms and agrees that the provisions of this Sales Contract apply to them.
The Sales Contract for Products between the Customer and the Seller is concluded at the moment of payment confirmation when the Seller receives an electronic message containing the Customer’s acceptance of the offer, or when the Seller receives the Product order from the Customer.

Online Purchases in Croatia and Other Countries
Online purchases of Products can be made within the territory of the Republic of Croatia and other areas where the Seller delivers purchased Products. The Seller reserves the right to change the delivery areas.

Acceptance of General Terms
These General Terms are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Electronic Commerce Act (ECA), and the Obligations Act (OA). Together with the information published on the website www.nolanea.eu, they represent pre-contractual information under Article 57 of the CPA. By using www.nolanea.eu, it is considered that the User is familiar with and accepts these General Terms. The Seller disclaims any liability for disputes arising from the Visitor, User, and/or Customer not reading the General Terms.

Usage
Nolanea d.o.o. fully disclaims all liability for any damages that may arise from or are in any way related to the use of the website and any harm that may occur to the User or any third party concerning the use or misuse of the website content.

Devices
Nolanea d.o.o. is not liable for damages that may occur to devices enabling access to www.nolanea.eu and the data stored on such devices during the use of www.nolanea.eu, if such damage is caused by unlawful actions of third parties, computer viruses, and similar cases for which the Seller is not responsible.

Advertising
Parts of the website www.nolanea.eu may be designated for advertising products and services of third parties. These third parties (advertisers) are obliged to align their advertisement materials, visuals, and other content with legal norms and rules.

Modification of General Terms
The website owner (Nolanea d.o.o.) is authorized to change the content of these General Terms, the product assortment, other online store information, and all other content on www.nolanea.eu without prior notice, provided that such changes are publicly announced on the website. Users are required to review the content of these General Terms on every visit to the website. Failure to do so releases the website owner (Nolanea d.o.o.) from any liability.
Costs of Use
The services provided by the Seller as part of the Online Purchase on www.nolanea.eu do not include the costs incurred by Users for using computer equipment and services to access the site. The Seller is not responsible for telephone, internet traffic, or any other costs, nor is it liable for damages resulting from interruptions to the internet connection during the use of the Online Purchase service.

Adulthood
Only adults with full legal capacity may make purchases. Contracts in the name and on behalf of minors or individuals lacking full legal capacity may be concluded only by their legal representatives, while partially legally capable individuals may conclude contracts only with the consent of their legal representative. The Seller assumes no liability for actions contrary to this provision.

Accuracy of Personal Data

ONLINE PURCHASE
The Seller is committed to maintaining and providing Visitors and Customers with clear, concise, and easily understandable information about the Products on offer via the website www.nolanea.eu, in a manner suitable for remote communication.

Seller Liability Exclusion
The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery or any issues arising from incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the Customer.

Inability to Deliver
If the Seller is unable to deliver one of the ordered products, they will contact the Customer via phone or email to inform them. The Customer can cancel the ordered product or request a replacement. All other ordered products will be delivered to the Customer.

Price Changes
The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and may change prices specifically for online purchases without notice.

Promotional Sales
The Seller is authorized to initiate daily or weekly promotional sales for specific Products, groups of Products, or all Products at any time.
The quantities of Products available under promotional conditions are limited, and the Customer may only purchase a quantity sufficient for personal household use. Prices, payment terms, and promotional offers apply only at the time of the order.

Payment Options
The Customer will pay for the ordered Products and delivery based on the payment model selected during the order process.

Invoice
An invoice will be included in the package (or one of the packages if the order is delivered in multiple shipments). If the delivery address differs from the Customer’s address, the invoice will be sent via email to the Customer’s email address.

Packaging
Ordered products are packaged to ensure they are not damaged during standard handling and transportation.
If the shipment is visibly damaged during transportation, we recommend that the Customer does not accept the shipment. Please contact us immediately so that we can verify the shipment’s status and send a replacement.

Upon receiving the goods, the Customer is responsible for checking the order against the invoice and reporting any discrepancies or missing items immediately. Late complaints will not be accepted. If the product has visible defects at the time of receipt, the Customer is not obligated to accept the product. The Customer may refuse delivery without incurring delivery costs. Products received without visible defects are considered accepted.

Customer Rights for Complaints and Returns
The Customer has the right to submit complaints and return goods under the following circumstances:

  • Delivery of a product not ordered
  • Delivery of a product past its expiration date
  • Delivery of a product with defects or damages not caused during transportation

The Seller will consider a complaint valid if it meets the criteria prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act and Obligations Act. Valid complaints will be resolved within 15 days, during which the product will be replaced or the full amount paid will be refunded. If the complaint is deemed invalid, the Customer will be informed within 15 days.

Delivery in Croatia and Other Countries
Purchases via www.nolanea.eu can be delivered to Croatia and other countries supported by the Seller.

Delivery Execution
Deliveries are carried out by courier services to residential or business addresses. The delivery time within Croatia is up to seven business days after payment, typically between 1-4 business days.

Incorrectly Delivered Products
If the Customer receives a product that differs from the one ordered, they have the right to receive the ordered product or, if unavailable, a refund for the product price, delivery costs, and return costs. The incorrectly delivered product must be returned.

Damaged Packages
When receiving a delivery, the Customer must inspect the goods for any visible damage. If the goods are damaged, they must notify the courier immediately. Late complaints regarding visible damages will not be accepted.

Out of Stock Items
In some cases, due to high demand, certain products may be out of stock. In such instances, the Customer will be notified via email or phone.

Refunds
If a product paid for is unavailable, the Seller will issue a refund within 24 hours. The Seller may contact the Customer to confirm whether to proceed with the rest of the order.

Privacy Policy
Nolanea d.o.o. is committed to protecting Customers’ personal data by collecting only essential data required to fulfill orders. Customers are informed about how their data is used and can opt out of marketing campaigns. All personal data is securely stored and accessible only to employees who require it for their work.

Final Provisions
By using www.nolanea.eu, Customers are considered to have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
